Hello, I am Ralph Colella, Founder and President of Ralph’s Snack Bar Mobile Catering. We are a family owned and operated business serving the Phoenix Metropolitan area since 1973.

We are a full service catering company. A mobile restaurant that comes to you with freshly prepared food at low prices. We are the largest mobile catering company in the Phoenix Metropolitan area and our fleet of over 75 trucks is always ready to roll, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Our management team will work with yours to arrange and maintain service that is convenient and timely for you and your employees.

Our menu will show you that we are more than just a snack truck. We offer Full Meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner…American, Mexican, Italian and Deli Entrees, Healthy Selections such as Salads and daily specials, including a large variety of beverages and snacks. All this food comes to you at an affordable price.


Special Services

truckyard Under the parent company, Renaissance Catering, Ralph’s Snack Bar Special Event Catering Division, has been providing service for a variety of special function and events since 1986.

Our capable mobile meal trucks pack the catering power to service large crowds that are eager to eat hearty hot meals. Let us help you plan for any occasion from sporting events to school carnivals, and auctions to rallies.

For those events where a banquet style setting is more appropriate for your special occasion, our Formal or Informal Buffet Catering Service can be planned to your specific needs. Let us help you plan for any occasion from corporate meetings to company picnics, BBQ’s and Holiday Parties.

Food Manager Class/Exam: We offer food safety training and the Prometric CPFM exam, necessary for those who need the Certified Food Manager License.

Commissary Agreement: We offer a Commissary Agreement for mobile food units and push carts. The Maricopa County Health Department requires these mobile units to report to a commissary facility for cleaning and service operations. The annual fee is $150.00.
